Nemuri Kyoshiro has left Edo, and trouble follows him wherever he may go.  Kataoka Takao does an outstanding portrayal of the half-breed ronin, who follows his own sense of justice.  Although unwilling to do the bidding of the shogun's chief advisor, Kyoshiro is drawn into the vortex of a plot by the Satsuma clan and 13 other daimyo to overthrow the government.  Will his "Full Moon Sword Style" be enough to stop the vicious plot and protect his friends from harm. Volume 10 finds him traveling past Mt. Tsuchi where he runs afoul of a gang of brigands before reaching the old capital of Kyoto where he enters into a life or death struggle with the one swordsman who may be able to defeat the "Full Moon Cut" in an exciting climax that brings this season to a close.
