Junior Chief Kuroki (Tsuruta Koji) of the Iwasaki crime family returns after eight years in prison. Handed the leadership of a transport business, a legitimate arm of his yakuza family, he’s unable to escape the mounting pressure from Police Chief Maeda, Boss Karasawa, a disgruntled former member of the family, and the petty crimes from the lower echelon yakuza thugs that will inevitably escalate into violence, violence abetted by their enemy Karasawa.
