Choshichiro (Satomi Kotaro), the shogun’s cousin, lives outside the court, fighting shogunate corruption. Approached by Lady Tenjuin, he investigates a firestorm of rumors surrounding Tenjuin’s daughter, Princess Katsu, rumors of mad sexual infidelities ending in brutal murders.
